It's easy to get stuck into the abyss
Hello everyone,
I wanted to give you a quick update before hitting you with part two of my last newsletter: “Making Six Figures: Not What I Thought.”
Over the last month or so, I’ve been deeply buried in client work, and I made a critical mistake.
I postponed working on my own brand and course.
One day turned into a week, and a week turned into a month in the blink of an eye.
I’ve seen this happen to a lot of people around me. Life gets messy and complicated, and in the end, you forget about your aspirations.
To avoid that soulless fate, my goal for this newsletter is to publish at least two editions every 2 weeks:
One will be a built-in public update
The second will be topic-based (psych, AI, writing, etc.)
That would be the bare minimum. Ideally, I will do even more.
I’m fairly sure things will still come up, but I can prepare for that by bulking up content. Not every single day will allow you to build, but there will be days when your inspiration and motivation are sky high. Take advantage of those moments and create as much as you can.
Also, don’t fall for the illusion of perfect timing or even having time in the first place.
I know a lot of people who promised themselves they’d pursue personal projects, and they never got to it.
Why?
Because life gets in the way, and if you never make your aspiration a priority, you’ll get buried in the abyss of endless responsibilities.
You have to create the window of opportunity. Whether that means waking up early or staying up late, there’s always a way to make it happen—and you owe it to yourself to find it.
See you on Friday,
-Sebastian
